INITIAL CONSULTATION
There is an Initial Consultation Fee which will vary depending upon the length, the nature of issues and the course of treatment needed. This fee is paid up-front upon the first visit. At that time, the client will also fill out a simple intake form.
STANDARD SESSION
I will discuss the session fees with you at the initial consultation. I do offer a sliding scale for students, as well as for some clients based on financial need.
Fees are paid up front. I can either file a claim for you, or provide you with the information to bill your insurance company for reimbursement.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. I accept cash, check, money order, or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).
Note: Credit card payments incur a 2.75% service charge per every $100 billed.
INSURANCE CLAIMS
All of my services are considered OUT OF NETWORK. You can file directly with your insurance company for your reimbursement.
