There is an Initial Consultation Fee which will vary depending upon the length, the nature of issues and the course of treatment needed. This fee is paid up-front upon the first visit. At that time, the client will also fill out an a simple intake form.

I will discuss the session fees with you at the initial consultation. I do offer a sliding scale for students, as well as for some clients based on financial need. I am paid the fee up front and I will either file a claim for you, or provide you with the information to bill your insurance company for your reimbursement.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered and clients may pay by cash, check, money order or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Discovery, American Express). Please be aware that if you pay by credit card, there is a 2.75% service charge per every $100 billed..

All of my services are considered OUT OF NETWORK. You can file directly with your insurance company.
