My name is Dr. David Cox and I'd like to welcome you to my web site. People often do not understand the value of therapy until they have experienced it. However, many people are reluctant to try something that they know very little about.
My philosophy is simple: I want to empower you personally and help you have the life you want.
Some of my clients want to improve their relationships, others wish to learn how to manage past experiences and yet others want to increase their confidence. My training and experience allows me to work with a wide variety of clients to help them understand their goals and develop the skills and strategies to achieve those goals.
We have this strange idea in our culture that being in therapy is a moral flaw, a character defect, that we should handle personal matters on our own. Remember that the next time you need to call the police, seek legal services, need medical attention, or call for home repair. All of us need someone in our lives we can talk to about anything.
